Wilson brings extensive telecommunications and defense business management experience to goTenna.

Jersey City, NJ (June 6, 2024) — goTenna, the world's leading mobile mesh networking company, announced that Cyrus Wilson has joined the company as the Vice President of Defense Sales. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Wilson brings deep experience supporting both the defense and communications markets. Wilson, who previously served as Vice President and General Manager for Microspace Communications at Capitol Broadcasting Company, will lead goTenna's rapidly expanding business with the Department of Defense, focusing on delivering mission value to operators.

Before joining goTenna, Cyrus Wilson held a variety of key roles in the defense and communications sectors. Notably, he spearheaded a support services division at Cubic Corporation, a role he held under the GATR Technologies business unit. His 10-year career at Cubic|GATR was marked by his pivotal positions in program management, sales, marketing, and product sustainment. He also made significant contributions in private sector roles focused on network engineering, satellite services, and systems integration and analysis at DRS Technical services, Inc., CAS Inc, and Eagan McAllister Inc. Wilson's experience as a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he specialized in providing secure data links and communication systems worldwide, further enhances goTenna’s team of veterans, advancing the company’s goal of transforming how operators connect during critical missions.
